Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is required to

cancelled within the
cancellation period the
total amount of the deposit

cancellation penalty will be

Booking
Conditions:
LONG TERM RENTALS:
(Minimum two months or
more, for companies and
individuals on contract.)
A Security Deposit of one
month rent and the first
month rent MUST be paid at the
time of confirmation. This
is to returned to the
lessee on contract
termination, providing that
the apartment is left in the
condition in which it was
found and without damages to
the interior and fixtures.
Long term rates are paid
monthly, exclusive of
utilities i.e. Cable TV,
Telephone, Water and
Electricity.
SMOKING POLICY:
Please note that smoking is
NOT allowed in any of
the apartments
and should be restricted to
open areas only. Should you
choose to
smoke in your apartment, a
cleaning charge of US$200
will be
applied to your bill.
